Our Certificates of Deposit are available in a wide variety of term options. Rates are determined by the length of maturity. Early withdrawal of a CD will result in a substantial interest penalty.

Add+Vantage Savings

With Habersham Bank's Add+Vantage Savings Account, you can have savings advantages with extra conveniences. It features:

• Low minimum initial deposit of just $300.
• One penalty-free withdrawal can be made during the six month term.
• Automatic transfer is available for easy add-on deposits.

The Add+Vantage Savings Account matures every June 30th and December 31st and will automatically renew for subsequent six-month periods. The rate on this account will change on July 1st and January 1st of each year. The new rate, at each change date, will be equal to the auction yield for 6 month Treasury Bills at the most recent Treasury auction.

Regular Savings

A Habersham Bank savings account earns current market APY compounded daily. This account must maintain a minimum balance of $100 and students $25 to obtain interest. A $2 fee is charged for each withdrawal after three within any one quarter. A $6.00 fee is charged if the minimum balance falls below $100 and students $25 during any quarter.

Solomon's Savers

Solomon's Savers is Habersham Bank's savings club for children 12 and younger. With a $10 opening deposit, children receive a free gift and Solomon's Savers Passbook. Club members earn savings level incentives. The account includes three free withdrawals per quarter. A $2 fee is charged for each withdrawal over three per quarter. If the balance drops below the $10 minimum per quarter, a $6.00 fee is charged.
